to make sure your bm folders don't go away just copy the C:\Eve\cache\settings folder to the new installation of eve, and also copy the C:\Eve\cache\prefs.ini file to the new installation.

13. Where can you go in empire with a -4.8 rating? - in Crime and Punishment [original thread]
But what if you have -1.95 and only need to go through a few 1.0 systems on your way somewhere? And if you say that I'd get shot by concord, would a Crow manage to get through without being shot down?
